General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to restaurants, cafés, hotels and caterers on Agrinexus.

Welcome to Agrinexus, your platform for ordering fresh fruits and vegetables, designed for restaurants, cafés, hotels and caterers.
Use of our services implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale set out the rules applicable to orders for fresh products placed by professionals via the Agrinexus platform.
2. Professional Account
Each professional establishment must create an account with the following information:
- Restaurant name
- Trade and Companies Register number (RCS)
- Intra-community VAT number (NPI)
- Registered office address
- Manager’s contact details
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
3. Products
The products offered mainly include:
- Fresh fruits
- Fresh vegetables
- Aromatic herbs
- Seasonal products
Availability may vary depending on the season and market conditions.
4. Orders
You can place orders 24/7 via the platform.
An order becomes final once confirmed by Agrinexus.
Agrinexus reserves the right to refuse any order in the following cases:
- Insufficient information
- Product unavailability
- Technical issues
- Failure to comply with these general terms and conditions
5. Pricing
Prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD).
Prices may be changed without notice depending on:
- The season
- Availability
- Agricultural market conditions
The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.
6. Payment
The payment method currently available is:
- Cash on delivery
Payment is due upon receipt of each order.
A separate invoice is issued for each shipment.

7. Delivery
Agrinexus makes every effort to ensure fast delivery.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the following factors:
- Weather
- Traffic
- Product availability
8. Product inspection
The customer must inspect the products upon receipt.
Any issue must be reported immediately to the delivery person or customer service.
9. Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before preparation begins.
Once preparation has started, cancellations may be refused.
10. Invoicing
An invoice will be issued for each order.
The information shown on the invoice is that entered in the “Company information” section.
The customer is responsible for its accuracy.
11. Liability
Agrinexus undertakes to supply products that meet quality standards.
Agrinexus declines all liability in the following cases:
- Force majeure
- Natural disasters
- Exceptional supply disruptions
- Service interruptions beyond its control
12. Data protection
Business data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Order management
- Invoicing
- Customer service
- Legal obligations
Agrinexus undertakes to protect its customers’ information.
13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Agrinexus may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The new terms and conditions will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.
14. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
